Try these easy to make juice recipes to give your child a delicious treat packed with the nutrition they need. If you don’t have a juicer don’t worry, you can mix up the ingredients with some ice in a blender for a cool and refreshing smoothie.

Angel Juice
- 3 apples
- 1/2 peeled grapefruit

- 2 stalks celery
- 1 handful kale
- 3 apples

X-ray Juice
- 1 orange
- 3 strawberries
- 1 lemon
- 3 carrots
- 1/4 inch ginger root
Methodwash and scrub all produce thoroughly, juice all the ingredients together.
Tiger Juice
- 3 romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 kale leaves
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 handful of baby carrots
- 1 apple
- 1/2 navel orange (or 1 clementine)
